What is your return policy?

Out sellers are independent and may offer different return policies, but our standard is:

  • Items are returnable within 5 days of receipt if defective or not as described in the listing.
  • Returned items must be received by the seller within 30 days of receipt by buyer to be considered valid.
  • Credit will be issued upon receipt of the return and verification that the product is in the same condition as shipped (excluding in transit damage claims)
  • Shipping damage claims should be filed with the shipping carrier.
  • Electrical products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products modified by the Buyer for exact fit, color or any other purpose are non-returnable.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation before the product is shipped is OK.

Once shipped, cancellation is at the discretion of the seller and may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.

We encourage you to contact the individual seller if you have questions.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All Items are sold as is unless otherwise stated. Products may be new, used, new old stock, refurbished, remanufactured or restored. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain the condition of the item and its suitability for their needs. We encourage open communication between Buyers and Sellers in order to minimize issues and make all parties satisfied with their transacations.

Do you guarantee the item will fit my car?

We can't. While these cars are mechanically quite simple compared to modern vehicles, their almost 100 year history has provided myriad opportunities for modification, substitution, tweaking and adaptation. We strongly encourage you to understand the variability of the parts you are purchasing and confirm with the Seller if the specifications, dimensions or version of the part available meets your needs.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only able to ship to US addresses from US addresses.

We hope to expand our service area internationally in the future, but wish to avoid unpleasant duty or tariff surprises which might occur given the fluid international trade environment.

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation Email will have a tracking link you can click on.

Your Account Page will provide access to your order history and tracking information.
